About Henry Bilinski
Henry Bilinski currently serves as an Operational & Process expert in the diverse industry of Patient Transport Services, Homes to Schools and Integrated Transport Services for the Public Sector, Councils and NHS throughout the vicinity of London Borough’s.
His time in the industry has seen Henry work his way through a series of challenging roles including heading his own Courier and Transport businesses (which he sold to the industry to great success.)
Henry has risen to expert status in the transport and logistics industry through hard work, intelligent insight and sheer determination over the course of his 30 year career.
Once Henry had completed several further successful transport company sales, he brought his considerable skill and talent to OSL via an acquisition (OSL became a part of the HATS Group in 2008) in the role of Commercial and Finance Director.
Following a steady period of sustained growth for the company, Henry was appointed CEO of the HATS Group in 2009, tasked with managing the entire portfolio of London operations.
HATS Group and Beyond
Henry Bilinski’s role at the HATS Group sees him spearhead the commercial and operational strategies which cover Patient Transfer Services, Home to School Transport and Courier & Bus services.
Channelling his considerable skill and experience into developing the success of HATS Customer experience program, specialist fleet operations and their quality of the service networks across London.
His role also involves responsibility for facilitating optimum operating efficiency through the application of effective management strategies. Furthermore, his role sees him utilise the latest in industry logistics, customer service technology and strategies to facilitate prompt, safe and financially viable services for the Councils, Trusts and people the business serves.
Through a business referred to as HCE (HATS Customer Experience), he has developed and drives a service mark and service process. Henry’s time at the company aided in the latest inspection from Care Quality Commission Regulator; they ranked HATS Group the highest standard on all five of their key criteria.
Henry himself is dedicated to HATS Group. He has said “across all of our service delivery contracts in London people expect a caring, safe, reliable and punctual service as a given. We have a wealth of operational expertise to meet these needs and we work very closely with local councils, trusts and communities to ensure bus passengers are treated with priority for choosing a more sustainable way of travelling.”
